Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Prague Proposals, including wedding proposal production, photography, videography, or any combination of these services.

Our workflow consists of:

Reservation and booking
Consultation and planning
Wedding proposal production
Delivery of photographs and/or video

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations and Payment

A minimum of 30% deposit of the total booking price is required to confirm any reservation.
Your reservation becomes confirmed only after the deposit has been received. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation including the agreed date and time.
The remaining balance is payable immediately after the completion of the wedding proposal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Services

We offer:

Wedding proposal production
Professional photography
Professional videography

Services may be booked individually or as a package. Prices vary depending on the selected services, location, complexity, and any custom requirements.
Tailor-made packages are available upon request.

4. Photography and Video Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed:

Photography sessions include up to 30 minutes of coverage.
A minimum of 30 professionally edited photographs will be delivered.
Video coverage includes up to 30 minutes of filming and one professionally edited highlight video.

Final files will be delivered via a downloadable online link within 7 working days after the event.
One round of video revisions is included. Additional revision requests may incur additional charges.
Photography includes standard editing such as exposure, color correction, and cropping. Advanced retouching, including object removal, object replacement, or extensive image manipulation, is available at an additional cost.

5. Consultation

Consultation begins after the booking deposit has been received.

We provide professional advice regarding:

Proposal locations
Timing
Logistics
Planning according to your preferences

Recommendations are based on our experience to maximize the success of your proposal.

6. Public Locations

Many proposals take place in public locations.
While we carefully plan every event, Prague Proposals cannot guarantee that public spaces will remain free of crowds, restrictions, maintenance, construction, private events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Should unexpected circumstances occur, we will make every reasonable effort to provide the best possible alternative.

7. Weather

Weather conditions are beyond our control.

If severe weather makes an outdoor proposal impractical, we will make reasonable efforts to:

adjust the proposal time,
relocate to another suitable location, or
reschedule where possible.

We cannot guarantee favorable weather conditions.

8. Changes to Date or Time

Clients may request changes to the scheduled date or time up to 7 days before the reservation, subject to availability.
Requests made less than seven days before the scheduled event cannot be guaranteed.

9. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days before the scheduled date.
If cancelled at least 30 days in advance, the 30% deposit will be fully refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prague Proposals is not liable for delays, interruptions, or changes caused by weather, public authorities, venue restrictions, force majeure, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the booked services.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Prague Proposals retains the copyright to all photographs and videos created during the service.
Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered media.
Commercial use requires prior written permission.
